Sessions are limited to a specific time duration per booking.
Jacuzzi use is by appointment only. Please book in advance to ensure availability.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete the necessary forms.
Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate the next guest.
Guests are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that might affect the services.
Our therapists have the right to refuse treatment if they believe it is not safe for the guest.
Please inform us at the time of booking if you are pregnant so we can offer appropriate services.
In case of harassment or the practitioner's safety is compromised, it will not be tolerated, and the session will be terminated.
Any client who arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be accommodated.
For the comfort of all guests, we request maintain personal hygiene and a quiet atmosphere.
The spa is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.
We recommend leaving valuables at home or in a secure locker provided.
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the spa premises are strictly prohibited.
If 2 therapists are allotted for a single service session, an additional 50% will be charged separately.
Service rooms are allocated as per availability, and can’t be allocated as per the client's choice.
Any other extra person apart from the massage therapist and the guest taking the services is strictly not allowed inside the Therapy Room.
